Shrimp paste is a Vietnamese traditional spice, eating eggplant or boiled meat with a bowl of shrimp paste to dip it in is great.
Directions for use and maintenance:
– Shake well before use. Used as spice for the dishes: noodles and snails, noodles in crab chowder, rice vermicelli with fried tofu, fake dog meat… Add lemon, sugar, chili according to taste and then mix up.
– Store in a cool, dry place, avoid direct sunlight, cover tightly after opening.
